Welcome to Maternity Reflexology
Reflexology is one of the safest most supportive therapies for women in pregnancy. It energises, giving a pregnancy with a greater chance of a shorter, easier labour, delivery and recovery after birth.
You will find your reflexology session the perfect opportunity to unwind and focus on yourself and your baby.
What is involved in a treatment?
Firstly you will have a consultation with Josephine including a brief history of your medical background and discussing any particular pregnancy problems. Jo will then make a visual inspection of your feet and then begin the reflex routine as appropriate to your gestation.
You will be soothed by music and lulled into a deep state of relaxation – ENJOY!!
The whole process is done with the client fully clothed with except obviously the feet and lower leg exposed.
