Therapeutic Swedish Massage
A relaxing body massage that can relieve muscular tension and lower stress levels. There is more to this massage than just pampering (although a lot can be said for pampering!)
This massage is great for all over well-being. It can help boost your immune system, relieve muscular tension, help eliminate cellulite, lower stress and anxiety levels and promote good sleep.
Reiki
Using the traditional Usui reiki system, Reiki (pronounced ray-key) translates from Japanese as 'Universal Life Energy'.
It is an alternative therapy that works to balance the subtle energy system by working with the seven major chakra's (which are energy centre's that run down the body). By balancing these chakra's it allows the body to activate its own healing mechanism.
During a reiki treatment you will be fully clothed and lie or sit whilst I place my hands over key points of the body. As a reiki practitioner I channel the reiki energy which is drawn by you to where it is needed, therefore I do not determine where the reiki energy goes.
Indian Head Massage
This is a great quick stop treatment which lasts for 40 minutes. Indian Head Massage works on the shoulders, neck, upper arms, head and face.
It can help to alleviate the following ailments:-
Migraines, tension headaches, sinus problems, muscular tension in the upper body, fatigue and stress & anxiety.
The treatment takes place sitting in a chair, fully clothed and can be with or without oils (a majority of treatments are without oils.)
Thai Foot Massage
Thai foot massage works on the hip, shins, feet and hands. It combines massage techniques with stretches and reflexology points. This treatment is great for anyone with tired and restless legs, or those who just love having their feet massaged!
