Welcome to Natural Therapies
Natural Therapies, based in Benson, Oxfordshire can be easily reached from Wallingford (and surrounding villages), as well as Didcot, Henley, Streatley and Oxford itself. It is run by Sally Brothers, a member of the Association of Reflexologists and Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Natural therapies are becoming more and more popular, with people turning to them for many reasons ranging from the desire for 'chemical' free resolution to issues, the need for 'time out', the desire to address their underlying issues rather than just the symptoms suffered at a particular time through to an underlying need to relax.

About Us
Natural therapies are able to support the use of conventional medicine as well as being great ways to relax and de-stress. Of course, you do not have to be 'ill' to benefit from any of these treatments.
The focus of Natural Therapies is an holistic approach to your wellbeing. This means that you need to look at yourself from both the physical emotional point of view - ie physical and mental stress... This allows all issues to be addressed in the relief of your symptoms. The treatments from Natural Therapies are all based on the premise that given the opportunity our bodies will reach their optimum level of health.
For a real treat combine two of the treatments - for example enjoy an Indian Head Massage and a Reflexology treatment, or an Indian Head Massage and an Aqua Detox at the same time. These treatments can of course all be enjoyed at the treatment room in Benson (shown below) or in your own home if that is more convenient.
Alternatively, it may be that you need access to a supply of quality natural and organic essential oils (and related products) to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Many products are held in stock - others may need to be ordered for you.
