At Mind, Body & Sole, our aim is to turn your free time into ‘ME’ time. Whether it’s a 30 minute break from your desk (see our corporate services) or a day of sheer indulgent luxury with a couple of friends (see our pamper parties), we can make each minute really count. Of course we can’t perform miracles but by relieving stress and tension and helping you to unwind, you’ll feel recharged, refreshed, relaxed, ready and rearing to go again!
