Welcome to The Wright Steps

I believe that exercise should be enjoyable, varied and fit in with your lifestyle. I pride myself on offering interesting and effective ideas, designed to help you achieve your goals, which easily fit in with the constraints of everyday life. The exercise solutions that I develop are unique to each client and offer fresh ways to get in to shape and stay in shape.

Adopting a fun and enjoyable approach to training is one of the most crucial aspects of the service that I provide, but I am also very thorough and I firmly base my sessions around quality and not quantity. This ensures that all sessions involve performing the exercises that are right for you and performing the exercises using safe, best-practice techniques.

Whether you want to run a marathon or you are aims are more humble, I can provide a service that offers enjoyment as well as success.



Initial Consultation

Experience has shown me that the best way to gather appropriate information about you and your lifestyle, is through an intial constultation. This process usually takes between half an hour and an hour, and is aimed at collecting details such as your goals, likes, dislikes, health, lifestyle, current fitness level and eating habits (optional). It is also an opportunity for you to meet me, ask any questions that you may have and determine whether I am the right personal trainer for you.

The information gathered during this initial consultation will then be used to devise a unique training programme that we will use to help you to acheive your goals.

One on One Dedicated Sessions

The one thing that my clients often have in common is that they are all different from one another. As a personal trainer I fully appreciate that everyone has individual needs, abilities, strengths, goals, lifestyles and motivations so the service that I offer is tailored to each client.

We can design a training programme that fits around your lifestyle, that is either flexible or rigid, depending on your goals and personal motivation levels, that is aimed at achieving the goals and targets that you have in a given time frame.

Throughout training I will continually assess your progress to ensure you are comfortable with the exercises that you are performing. This continued assessment enables me to adjust your training programme as necessary by altering the exercises performed, increasing or decreasing difficulty, and adjusting the frequency. This ensures that your training programme stays varied, enjoyable, unique and remains truly tailored to your needs and preferences.

Nutritional Advice

A balanced diet is very important, and along with regular exercise it can help to improve your fitness, health, energy levels and much more. Scientific research has long suggested that fad diets are often unable to offer the full range of nutrients that our bodies need. It is therefore extremely important to get the balance right.

An optional part of the service that I offer is to discuss nutrition and weight management. We can look at your current eating habits, improve your knowledge and understanding of healthy eating, construct a plan to gradually improve your eating habits and improve your awareness of health related issues.
