Based in central Cheltenham, within Avalon Beauty Centre, treatments include Body Massage, Holistic facial, Reflexology, Reiki and the very popular Indian Head Massage.
There is a 10% concession for pensioners and students and Gift Vouchers are available for when you need a fantastic treat for a loved one.
Keep an eye out for my Offer of the month to find yourself a treatment which will be reduced in price or have an added "special something!"
About Me
I am Patsy Clarke (M.G.H.T), a qualified therapist providing good quality Holistic treatments in Cheltenham Spa,the heart of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire.
Life can be stressful and busy. Often its difficult to relax or even find time to think about our health and well-being.
Hygeia is a haven of peace and calm where you can let these everyday strains float away whilst recieving a fantastic treatment for your mind, body and soul.

Hygeia history
Hygeia Holistics was opened in February 2006 and is nestled within the basement level of Avalon Beauty Centre.
After qualifying in 2005, I decided that my skills would be put to best use by providing treatments for absolutely everyone.
My ethos has always been to create positivity in life whenever and wherever possible, I have found Holistics is a perfect way to spread it around!
Over time, people have become more aware about better health, the importance in state of mind and what they can do to help themselves feel healthy and well.
Holistic treatments can help you achieve this.
My treatments range from Body Massage through to Reiki, so there really is something for everyone.
Treatments
Come and chill out in my beautiful treatment room where candles and incense are lit and tranquil music is played to create a wonderful ambience to relax to.
(Please note that incense will not be used if you are asthmatic.)
We will sit and work through a consultation where we will discuss your health and lifestyle. All information is private and confidential.
Treatments can be mixed and matched in any way you wish. For example: if you booked a back massage but wanted your legs to be included then I can add it onto your treatment and adjust the price accordingly.
Gift Vouchers
Hygeia Gift Vouchers are a fantastic way to treat a loved one. Why not send one for a birthday, an anniversary or just to let someone know they are special.
