Welcome to Body Limits
Body Limits was founded in 1993 by Mark Booth, a successful osteopath and sports injury specialist. Mark has competed and national and international level in both triathlon and duathlon events. Since that time Body Limits has accrued over a decade of experience in the specialist field of sports injury, sports massage and osteopathy. Over the years the team at Body Limits have built on their success by forming close professional relationships with top local sports men and women and teams including:- GB Ice Hockey Team
- GB Triathlon and Duathlon teams
- Various Motorsport teams from F1 to Formula Renault
- Bedford Rugby and Football clubs
Mark has also featured in the hit TV show "Faking it"!
