Crystal Therapy
Every living organism has a "vibrational energy system," made up of the aura, chakras, and meridians. By using dowsing or energy field detection, the crystal therapist can 'tune' into a person's energy system, select appropriate crystals, and rebalance/unblock energy around the body, thus improving wellbeing. These energies can be located in the physical body or/and the auric field.

Reiki (EFW - Energy Field Work)
Reiki is a gentle, relaxing and peaceful therapy . During a treatment the therapist uses a technique similar to the laying on of hands, in which they channel energy ("Ki") guided by a universal spirit ("Rei"). Crystals may be used during the Reiki session if required - these are to aid the practitioner during the therapy and are perfectly safe and gentle.

Life/Careers/Spiritual Coaching
Are you looking for a new direction in your life or career, but are fearful about making the change, or, are you stuck in a rut and unsure about your options? A life/career coaching session could empower you to make the changes and start living the life you deserve.
Many people tend to stay stuck in the same job or situation for many years because of a conflict between their desires and their value systems. We depend on these values and beliefs gained during childhood for guidance, but as we grow older, they can stifle our personal development, and may no longer be serving our highest good in adulthood. The purpose of a life/careers coaching session is to focus on your desired outcomes and to empower you to achieve them. Sometimes there may be barriers in the way of success due to old beliefs or value systems, and in this case, combining coaching with tools such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) can prove extremely effective in dissolving those blockages and to help the client move forward.

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique
Are you suffering with fears, phobias or negative emotions? EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a form of energy psychology that shares the same principles as acupuncture. The technique directly interacts with the body’s energy system, rebalancing and stabilising the disruption that occurs when a distressing emotion is experienced, leaving a feeling of relaxation and peace. Each session involves gently tapping a sequence of energy points on the body with the fingertips, which releases negative emotions. It is a remarkable treatment that has achieved amazing results for a wide range of issues including:- addictions
- stress and panic attacks
- negative emotions (e.g., anger or jealousy)
- trauma

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a therapy in which the head, neck and facial areas are massaged with the purpose of manipulating energy channels in order to clear any blockages. During the massage therapy, the therapist will concentrate upon areas of stress, strain, injury or weakness. The concentration of massaging techniques increases blood supply to the area in order to release tension or stress.

Described as a modern mystic, Jason has always possessed natural and unique intuitive gifts. He is well respected in the West Midlands and works with clients in an extremely supportive, nurturing and empowering way, reading subtle energy patterns and providing insight and guidance into many facets of life*.

Jason makes use of a wide variety of tools to support his work and ensures that every reading is tailored to your specific requirements. Whilst there is no guarantee that loved ones who have passed will be present during your reading, Jason is able to sense immediately if the unseen wish to join the session. GUIDE/ANGEL DRAWINGS
Jason also has a great talent for painting & drawing, using these skills to bring clients' Guides and Guardian Angels to life on paper. During a session, with your permission, Jason will tap into your energy field, to establish the link with your dominant Guide/Angel at that particular moment in your life. He will interpret how your Guide/Angel wishes to be seen, translate this onto paper, and provide you with any messages that your Guide/Angel wishes to pass onto you, which may be of particular help in your current life situation. Guide/Guardian Angel drawings can help you if you are:
Curious about who your spiritual family is and who is watching over you;
Wishing to connect directly to your specific Guide/Angel for daily guidance;
Looking for nurturing and support on your spiritual path;
Anything else that you may wish to know....
All standard drawings are one hour in duration and are completed in black & white (pencil) on A4 Artist Quality paper - Cost £40. Face to face and telephone appointments available.

About Us
DiscoverSerenity Holistic Solutions is an approved National Open College Network (NOCN) and Complementary Medical Association (CMA) Registered Centre run by husband and wife Jason and Louise, who have worked together on a spiritual level for over 10 years. After undertaking their own healing journey, recovering from major illness and life challenges, they now work with numerous people through courses, workshops and therapies showing them the many tools available to help rediscover inner joy, confidence and wellbeing in life.
As well as their therapies, Jason and Louise are also expert trainers and have been running short courses, CPD workshops and introductory workshops in a wide range of complementary therapies and spiritual development for a number of years. They have trained many people since establishing DiscoverSerenity at the end of 2005, and due to popular demand have developed their introductory crystal therapy course into a one year, professionally recognised qualification through NOCN. Indian Head Massage and Reiki are also available. Jason and Louise are totally passionate about their work, with their sole aim being to empower their clients and inspire their trainees to practice what they have learnt ethically, professionally and safely.

Louise has been a fully trained complementary therapist for many years in Crystal Therapy, Indian Head Massage and Usui Reiki Master/Teacher. As well as running professional Diploma courses, Louise runs introductory courses and CPD courses in Crystal Therapy, Mindfulness and Holistic Stress Management. Before starting DiscoverSerenity Louise spent ten years working in university careers as a Careers Consultant and uses her professional experience combined with life coaching & spiritual guidance to empower clients to move forward in their lives. In her practice she regularly uses EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), which is an excellent tool to help clients overcome fears, phobias and anxieties.

Since his teenage years, Jason has had a strong enthusiasm for holistic therapies and spiritual development, and has been a fully trained complementary therapist in Crystal Therapy, Indian Head Massage and Usui Reiki Master/Teacher for many years. As well as his love of complementary therapies and being a fully trained teacher, Jason specialises in life readings and uses a variety of mediums including the Tarot, visionary art and psychic/mediumship abilities. He runs extremely popular courses in Psychic Development and Tarot.
