About Us

Julie concentrates on working with individuals on breaking habits, managing emotions and reducing and removing stress and anxiety.
Since June 2002 she has built a successful private practice, using a unique combination of advanced hypnotherapy techniques and NLP.

With a background in Personnel Management, Training and Consultancy, she went on to train with Anthony Robbins, one of the world's leading motivational coaches, became a certified NLP Trainer (International NLP Trainers Association) and Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy (American Board of Hypnotherapy).

We have a tried and tested process to help you stop smoking with a success rate of 95%. In a study conducted over a two year period, of 300 clients who were contacted one month and six months after their session, by telephone, 95% had not returned to smoking.
