About Me
I live in a small hamlet in South Norfolk and work from home. I have recently retired from my job as an Occupational Therapist, leaving me more time to devote to my interest in Complementary Therapies. I first became interested in such therapies about 15 years ago and have studied to become qualified in Reiki, Spiritual Healing and Polarity Therapy. I trained with the Reiki Network, am a Healer Member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers and also a member of the UK Polarity Association.
Reiki
The use of Reiki is a safe and simple way for the therapist to transfer universal energy for the benefit of the receiver to relax the body and stimulate its own natural healing potential.
Spiritual Healing
This is a natural and holistic approach that has the intention of restoring the harmony of body, mind and spirit by bringing a sense of well-being and peace to the recipient. The healer may be hands-on or the hands may be held over the body.
Polarity Therapy
This therapy works on many different body systems: nervous, musculo-skeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive and reproductive; it also supplies benefits at an emotional and mental level. A trained Polarity Therapist can incorporate the following aspects into treatment: body work, awareness/processing skills, and polarity stretching exercises.
