Welcome to Health Through Nutrition
Educated and Trained in Holland, became a registered nurse in Holland (1964) and in UK in 1966
Worked as a nurse and volunteer with Foresight( The Association for the promotion Of Preconceptual Care, was Vice chairman for two years) while raising my family. This prepared me for a Study course in Nutrition at ION (The Institute for Optimum Nutrition)(London) in 1996.
I have practiced ever since my qualification in (1999), mostly by recommendation from other clients.
I now specialise in: Preconception Care, Male Infertility, Menopausal problems , Bone health, Digestive disorders, Diabetes, Cardio-Vascular problems, Support for Cancer patients, MS, Auto-Immune conditions.
I work from home and use several laboratories such as Biolab, Genova Diagnostics and TDL.
I regularly update my knowledge by going to Seminars and Conferences . I am a member of BANT (British Association for Nutritional Therapy).
I am a grandmother of three beautiful boys who are all stars in kitesurfing!!
