Welcome to Tir na nOg
Tir na nOg is a holistic centre, in a beautiful courtyard setting in the grounds of a country estate on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, just 40 minutes from Glasgow, and 30 minutes from Stirling. We have a great range of therapies on offer, an exciting calendar of workshops, regular evening classes in a variety of activities, a shop full of crystals, books, jewellery and unusual gifts, and a great cafe serving delicious, freshly-prepared veggie food & great cakes...

About Us
A small but dedicated team of enthusiastic, mildly eccentric staff, here to add a little magic to your day..
Annemie (those wellies were brought in specially for the photo!), Anna (who would ever guess she hates having her photo taken?), Ruth (those are her real wings), Oona (regretting the inspired 'let's get angel wings' impulse buy), Nadya (far too saucy to be an angel, must be one of the fallen variety!) Margaret (no, we didn't tell her about this stuff when she took the job..)
Escapees not caught on film:
Romaine (now a budding zoologist, but occasionally we entice her back), Amy (rare magical creature who lives on dry pitta bread and is only seen at weekends), Shereen (in pastures new at her holistic centre Ashaka in Dumbarton, though we occasionally beg her to come back for the day too..)

Oona founded Tir na nOg in 2004 with Nikki Mackay, and continues to run the centre, practise therapies and run workshops in this beautiful spot.
