SERVICES

Welcome to Ajc-taichi

In our schools and seminars you would be taught the following arts from basic to advanced: Yang style tai chi chaun form / Chi Kung breathing exercises / Chi Circulation exercises / Crane breathing / Chi Kung meditation / Pushing hands / TaiChi double edge sword (gim) / Broad sword (dow) / Spear (jianng) & Staff (kwan) / Also the higher & advanced levels of the Tai Chi Form including the Old Style. Note some of these arts are only taught by Sifu and then refined by our instructors in class.

Students have always told me how it makes them feel better after practice and their health & wellbeing is stronger.

It is also good for breathing, posture, balance, stamina, It can help with Weight loss and calming of the mind. Practising daily changes your way of thinking and helps with concentration and creativity. It can also help with anxiety, arthritis and back pain, While also helping people boost their inner energy levels and immune systems.

The sequence of gentle, flowing exercise movements incorporated into the art help

Tone the body, strengthen joints and fight diseases.

Tai Chi

The origins of tai chi go back many hundreds of years, Yet people from all walks of life are now profiting from its practice, The health benefits have attracted both young and old alike in ever-increasing numbers, Yet tai chi is more than simply an art for health or gentle exercise.

It's a way of life. Tai chi is meditation in movement, a martial art, And a whole new way of perceiving yourself and everything around you. Tai chi is practised by millions of people who consider It to be an integral part of their everyday lives.

Training away from home

I have taken students to Hong Kong, and trained with them in the parks with all the locals, this helped them in many ways and the change in thier form was powerfull.

We did two trips: 2004 - 2005

Not only training but sight seeing as well and the added bonus of meeting other schools. Making new friends from all over the world is great and gives people more options when going to new countries.
