Personal Training



Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, lose weight or tone up your body, Tri4Fitness will be there to help you achieve your goals.

The first FREE session is a 30 minute body consultation consisting of body alignment, core and balance assessments. We also set bench marks and future goals so you can see your progression. This is finished with a FREE one-to-one taster session with your trainer.

What we can do for you

If you are in the gym, on a bike or resting your Tri4Fitness personal trainer will help you get the most out of your exercise schedule. Below is a typical example of a training schedule for one week:

Monday - Spinning class
Tuesday - Rest Day
Wednesday - One 2 One session with a Tri4Fitness Personal trainer
Thursday - Rest Day
Friday - Gym
Saturday - Optional Spinning
Sunday - Mountain biking or Run with a Tri4Fitness Personal trainer


Nutrition



Whether you are aiming to lose weight, increase energy or enhance your performance, a good nutrition is the key.

Our nutrition advisors will analyse your food diaries using the latest nutrition software and give you a comprehensive food pack and will maintain regular nutrition reviews.

Our nutrition plans will ensure that your body gets all the nutrients it needs to keep you going through your exercise program, with interesting and varied foods.Here is a day's example from one of our nutrition plans:

08:00 Multi Grain Cereal with semi skimmed milk
10:00 Two pieces of Fruit Loaf
12:00 Ciabatta Roll with salad and smoked salmon
15:00 Satsuma
18:00 Mixed vegetable, turkey and black bean stir fry

Massage



Tri4Fitness has close ties to a sports and remedial massage therapist based in the Trowbridge area. Whether you need to unwind after a hard day at work, or revitalise your body after a hard session down the gym, a sports massage will help to rejuvenate your muscles and improve flexibility. When included as part of an exercise program, sports massage can help to prevent injury and increase performance potential.
