Welcome to A Touch of Serenity
A Touch of Serenity has been in business since August 2004. We divide our time between working in residential homes and in corporate businesses and treating private clients at the treatment room in Drayton Road, North End Portsmouth. The company’s objective is to work with a wide variety of clients, making people aware of a complementary way of dealing with the stresses of everyday life as well as all types of illnesses.- We will do our utmost to provide a professional service at all times.
- All treatments will be carried out with the privacy, dignity and well being of the client at all times.
- No client will be compromised in any way and all treatments will be thoroughly discussed and agreed with the client beforehand.
- All client records and discussions are confidential.
- It may be necessary from time to time to consult another therapist or a client's GP, this will only be done with the consent of the client.
- A full consultation will be held before treatments so as to keep information updated, we do this so we can offer clients the best possible treatments to suit their needs.
If at any time the therapist feels compromised, or believes that a treatment may be harmful to the client they are within their professional rights to refuse that treatment and will be supported by other staff members in their decision.

I trained and qualified with the VTCT Diploma in Holistic Therapies at South Downs College in Waterlooville, which I completed in July 2004. This two year course included reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy. During this time, I also qualified in the VTCT Diplomas in Anatomy and Physiology and Non-Medical Nutritional Advice.
Since then I have undertaken continual professional development qualifying in VTCT Level 2 Certificate in Thermal Auricular Therapy, Postgraduate Certificate for Advanced Massage & Remedial Techniques and the City and Guilds Diploma in Seated Acupressure Therapy. In November 2007 I qualified in Level 3 Diploma in Stone Therapy.
