Welcome to Openmindedness Ltd Openmindedness was set up five years ago by Alison Raphael, after having to overcome some very difficult experiences in her own life. A few years previously she was facing divorce, life as a single mum, and had only just started to recover from 4 years of M.E. Having been forced to go on her own path of learning and discovery, and found answers that really worked, Alison felt compelled to support others on their journey to life change.
In her work with clients, Alison draws on her training and experience in hypnotherapy, NLP, life coaching and EFT, to work with people in a 'client-focused' way, drawing whichever approach is most appropriate for each individual client.
About Alison
Alison works with a wide spectrum of concerns which gives her the ability to show empathy, adaptability and guidance. Her biggest learning in her personal life was to find out that the only way to ascend to harmony in life is to accept yourself first. Now thriving in her own life, Alison takes great joy in helping others to create the life they've dreamed of.
Alison was taught by Alex Howard of The Optimum health Clinic in Central London (winners of CAM Magazine's 2009 Outstanding Practice Award), and received her certification as a Hypnotherapist, Coach and NLP master practitioner.
