About Fareeda Southworth
Initially from a Human Resource and Middle Management background, Fareeda has an honours degree in Psychology, is a trained Teacher in further and higher education. She is a Master Practitioner in NLP, Time Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy and has a certificate in Personal Performance Coaching.
With a keen interest in spirituality and holistic therapy, she is also an Angelic Healer and Reiki Master.
Fareeda has years of experience working with large and small businesses around the North West forging links between education, training and employment. She is a Co-Director of a corporate training company called PeopleMaking Ltd.
She has worked with a wide range of people within coaching, teaching/training, supportive and advisory roles helping them with life-enhancing changes. Fareeda has a life-long commitment to learning and a unique approach to developing excellence in herself and within her clients.
Fareeda is a member of the Global and British Board of NLP as a fully qualified and insured Practitioner. She is a graduate member of a UK recognised Continued Professional Development programme (CPD) to ensure her skills in this highly respectable field of work are up-to-date and effective.

Stop Smoking Programme, £120 for upto 2 1/2 hours
This includes pre-consultation either in person or by telephone and a follow-up after 2 weeks. If you are absolutely sure that you want to give up the habit that is seriously damaging your body, this programme is guaranteed* to work.
Stress Management Workshop, £90 for 2 hours
Are you feeling overwhelmed with life? Are you anxious, feeling sick and knotted inside? Perhaps, you are not sleeping well? A combination of NLP, Hypnotherapy and Angelic Reiki will help you to manage your stress now and learn techniques for the future.
Self Confidence Sessions, £90 for 2 hours
Are you nervous at interviews or speaking in front of people? Do you have a fear of standing up and doing presentations? Do you suffer from Stage fright? A tailor-made programme will be designed to help and teach you how to show the world the best of YOU!
Clear Negative Emotions Sessions, £90 for 2 hours
Are you troubled with feelings of guilt, anger, sadness, fear or even hurt? Free yourself from these 'barriers' in your life through a series of powerful techniques that have been successfully used in therapy throughout the world.
Angelic Reiki Healing, £30 for 1 hour
In combination of the two most powerful hands-on healing techniques, the Practitioner stimulates the energy points around the ears, head and shoulders before treating the entire body. All you need to do is RELAAAX!
Complete Breakthrough Sessions, £225 for 5 hours
We will work through a detailed personal history identifying major problems which are barriers and preventing you from moving forwards in life. Fareeda will then plan and design a comprehensive programme to help you gain control of your life and your destiny.
Our charges are currently £50 per hour for all other hourly treatments. Consultations are either by phone or at one of our clinics.
*Both Practitioner and client will decide if the treatment is suitable for them following the initial consultation.
