Remedial and sports therapy includes a combination of various techniques including deep tissue massage, active, passive and restricted movement of affected joints. Swedish is a relaxing, rejuvenating technique to help promote wellbeing and at the same time ease away tension and aches and pains.

About Us
Like most people, I was unsure what massage therapy entailed and must admit to having been more than a little scepticle. Curiousity, and the fact that I was looking for something with which to fill my spare time, led to an enquiry about tutorials through a local therapy school. From the first tutorial, my scepticism disappeared! I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, learning a great deal about muscles, their origins and insertions, physiology and pathology. I gained diplomas in both Swedish Massage therapy and Remedial and Sports Massage therapy.
Rejuvenate was formed in March 2008 and within a brief period of time I have had great success in treating clients who presented with severe shoulder pain, sciatica, lower back and neck pain.. I have highlighted a few examples of my successes on this page. It is very rewarding to be able to make a difference and enable clients to go about their day to day lives, pain free or feeling so much better! I am a solo trader, based at Baldinnie Place but am able to be mobile and visit clients in their own homes if preferred. My clients have commented they like the "homely" and informal (while still professional) atmosphere of the therapy room.
