Welcome to David Boost Personal Training

Based in Kingston Upon Thames, we offer a professional and reliable personal training service with an exciting and effective choice of exercise programmes to give you the results you are looking for.

Areas covered include Kingston upon Thames, Richmond Upon Thames, Kew, Twickenham, East Sheen, Wimbledon, Esher, Hampton, or anywhere within a half hour travel time

A choice of two personal trainers is available depending on whether you require a male or female trainer: David or Iryna.



David has over 25 years experience in the health and fitness industry, including leisure facility management. He has successfully created and maintained a client base of all ages and abilities, from 19 years to 90, and including complete beginners to exercise as well as the more serious sports person and athletes.

David has also produced an exercise video with Slimmer of the Year, Mandy Ruffles, and has taught at local colleges on all areas of health and fitness.

David Boost Sports Consultancy offers advice to sports clubs and the corporate sector as well as health care specialists, schools and colleges.

Having also travelled extensively to northern Uganda, in his capacity as trustee of a local charity in Kingston Upon Thames, David has advised on sports development initiatives to help rebuild communities affected by years of civil war.



Originally from the Ukraine and based now in Kingston Upon Thames, Iryna studied an extensive 5 year degree programme in English and Physical training. She has also worked as a professional dancer and has a wealth of fitness knowledge and expertise to bring to personal training.

Iryna’s specialisms also include youth fitness and weight loss programmes, ski fitness, aerobics and conditioning classes as well as her brand new ‘Boost Buggy Workouts’.



Personal Training sessions with David and Iryna are varied and effective and place an emphasis on enjoyment and fun as well as fitness.


We also adopt a ‘whole person’ or holistic approach to personal training sessions, taking into account factors such as lifestyle, relaxation and nutrition, to achieve a complete sense of well being and confidence as well as helping you to simply look great!

Before deciding whether to proceed, we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your personal health and fitness goals in more detail. This is based around a questionnaire sent to you in advance and provides an opportunity for us to meet and agree a suitable programme to work to.

Boxercise Instructor (June 2008) advanced level. Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS): Certified Member Level 2. I am also trained with regard to fitness instruction in gyms and health studios having previously worked in a gym in my home town of Ternopil. I helped supervise members of the gym, writing fitness programmes and motivating them to achieve their health and fitness goals. In Ukraine I also worked professionally during my vacations as a dancer/ choreographer with a touring dance company, travelling extensively across Europe. I can also include dance training as part of your personal training session and to help you work on balance, co-ordination, flexibility, and core strength and stability.
