Founded in 2006, Body of Light Reiki Do offers years of experience in the Usui Reiki Natural Healing system, with the focus on providing gentle holistic treatments for all manner of reasons to clients throughout the local area and beyond. The company is located in Caterham, Surrey, United Kingdom.
Reiki
Your first visit will usually take 1 1/2 hours, which includes an initial interview to assess how best to treat you, lifestyle questions, any current medications being taken and a medical history. Generally, subsequent treatments take an hour to carry out.
Body of Light Reiki Do recommend that clients should start with a course of 3 treatments spaced over a period of 2 months. Clients should then continue with regular treatments to maintain the benefits gained from Reiki.

Crystal Treatments
By using specific crystals placed on and around the body it’s possible to re-align and rebalance any areas and so restore it back to a state of stability. A crystal healing or body re-balance can be carried out on a client fully clothed and depending on the treatment needed will last between 30-60 minutes. Many clients experience very deep states of relaxation and often will require only 2-3 sessions to see a measurable improvement.
