Indian Head Massage:
Indian Head Massage is a treatment based on old Ayurvedic techniques involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. A variety of massage movements are used to relieve accumulated tension, stimulate circulation and restore joint movement. IHM is also used to aid the condition and health of the hair, particularly when combined with the use of natural organic oils. Indian Head Massage is used by practitioners to help reduce stress and fatigue, increase mental clarity, and relax and rejuvenate the receiver.
Swedish Massage:
The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles.

Bowen is a gentle, non-invasive, holistic therapy that consists of a sequence of light rolling moves over specific points of the body interspersed with periods of rest. It works by stimulating energy into the muscles and soft tissue via the central nervous system to initiate the healing process, encouraging re-alignment of the body and the regeneration of cells. It is safe for men, women and children of all ages. Common presenting problems include: back and neck pain, RSI, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, sports injuries, baby colic, hay fever, asthma, migraines, ADHD, autism, Cerebral Palsy, chronic fatigue.
