Natural Cure for Autoimmune Diseases

Western medicine would have you believe that once you get your autoimmune disease…that’s it, there’s no cure, and the best thing you can do is to supress the symptoms with aggressive treatment for the rest of your life.

This simply is not true!

It is well known in the natural health world that your autoimmune disease can indeed be cured and prevented and you can live your life without the burden of disease. We will show you how!

What is an autoimmune disease?

When your body feels either under threat or in danger it will trigger an immune response from your immune system in an attempt to fight off the threat. Threats can be foreign bodies such as environmental pollutants, toxins or viruses getting into your system, excessive stress or by consuming contaminated or unhealthy food or drink.

If you have an autoimmune condition, your body’s natural defences find it difficult to differentiate between threats and your own body and will attack your own tissues as well as the threat, by mistake. The type of autoimmune disease you develop depends where your immune response is attacking. You may develop arthritis if your joints are under attack; MS if your nervous system is targeted or Type 1 Diabetes if it is your organs. There are said to be over 80 different types of autoimmune disease which we know of.

Inflammation and autoimmune disease

Inflammation plays a key role in autoimmune diseases. Inflammation is a process which occurs within the body when something goes wrong. The infected or affected area will inflame in order to isolate the area so the body can treat it without the threat spreading. Once the threat is cleared, the conditions need to be right within the body for the inflammation to also be cleared. If the conditions are not right, the inflammation will overstay its welcome and even get more acute, leading to what is known as chronic inflammation. Chronic inflammation causes your body’s natural rhythm to be interrupted and can cause additional health problems. It is now widely thought that chronic inflammation is the root cause of most modern day disease Evolution of Inflammatory Diseases

Treating an autoimmune disease, the natural way!

To stop your autoimmune disease in its tracks you must first stop the need for your immune system to be firing. If there is no need for an immune response within the body, your autoimmune disease will not have the chance to trigger and will therefore never develop. It really is that straightforward!

Here’s how to prevent an immune response:

Limit or preferably stop your exposure to external pollutants and toxins. Your body thrives off clean, fresh air. Anything in the air you breathe which is not natural is considered to be a foreign invader by your body and an immune response is triggered to get it out of your body, where it has no place! Get yourself outside around trees and plants and away from built-up areas at least once a day if you can.

Reduce stress levels with mindful breathing and yoga. Stress can trigger an immune response too so it’s important to keep your levels as low as possible. The best ways to do this is to be positive, be mindful with your breathing and to perform some mild form of exercise such as yoga or even a walk. See more on how to deal with stress. Click Here

Cut out harmful foods. Processed or refined foods, added salt, red meat, dairy and sugar are particularly bad for your body for various different reasons, especially if you already have excess inflammation or an autoimmune disease. Cutting these out will produce astonishing results!
Add health promoting foods.

When your body tells you it is hungry, it is hungry for nutrients! Adding health promoting, nutrient dense foods such as dark, leafy greens, any vegetables and herbs and spices is giving your body exactly what it wants. It won’t have to struggle to process these foods, so frees up some energy to utilise in other areas. There are also specific anti inflammatory foods which can help you fight unwanted inflammation such as Turmeric, Ginger, Cherries, Cayenne Pepper and Tea. Click Here If you choose to supplement your diet do not use synthetic or isolated vitamins, they cause more harm than good! Do so with natural supplements which contain whole foods. Click Here

If you follow these steps and make your internal and external environment as clean and healthy as possible you will beat your disease, it has been tried, tested and replicated in many instances!
The important thing to note is that changing your lifestyle can be daunting to do all at once. If you have a lot you need to change do it gradually, don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Any progress at all is still progress!

We wish you the best of health!
