SLICED TOMATO WITH A SPRINKLE OF FETA AND OLIVE OIL
This savory dish is so easy to prepare and will wnt your taste buds asking for more.

BANANA
This naturally and conveniently pre-packaged goodness can be taken anywhere, with the added benefit of cramp-preventing potassium. This is a great pre-exercise snack.

1/2 C EDAMAME
Edamame is protein filled and will help keep you fuller for longer

3 C AIR-POPPED POPCORN
Go ahead, eat without the guilt.  But be sure to make your own.  The ones found at the cinema will fill you up on salt and unhealthy fats with the added guilt.

OATMEAL
This speedy fibre and protein packed breakfast will also make for a warm, filling snack

PLAIN YOGURT
This bone building snack will provide calcium and protein.  You can sweeten it if desired with maple syrup, fruit or honey and a dash of cinnamon.

APPLE AND CHEESE SNACKS
This snack is high in fibre, calcium, protein and vitamin C.  Cut the apple and cheese separately into slices and place the apple slice over the cheese slice and enjoy each mouthful.

DATE AND COCNUT BALLS
Process 1 cup of dates until smooth, add a teaspoon of peanut butter, process again until combined.  Remove from processor and roll into teaspoon sized balls. Roll in remaining 1 cup of coconut

1 C BABY CARROTS WITH 2 TBSP HUMMUS
The crunchy texture provides satisfaction.  The tangy hummus feeds your need for comfort food and will add to your calcium and protein levels.

½ ROCKMELON
Like most fruit, melon contains a lot of water. You will therefore get a whole lot of food for not a lot of calories.  You will also get vitamin C and A.

1 C VEGETABLE JUICE
