Holistic Massage:
Tailor made massage for your needs. A holistic approach considers the whole person and treats the body, mind and spirit. Our holistic massage is based on Swedish massage techniques with deep tissue and other forms - as appropriate
Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is based on the ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. It is a chair based massage, which treats head, neck, face and shoulders and can help with insomnia, headaches, sinus problems, and to clear and de-stress the mind.
Hot Stone Massage
A massage that uses warmed basalt stones to give a deeply relaxing massage. The heat penetrates the muscles helping them to relax. The stones also allow a deeper more penetrating massage.
Sports Massage:
Tailor made for your needs. Works on areas of injury and stress as required. Sports Massage is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, ligaments and tendons.
Jet Lag Recovery Massage:
An invigorating head,neck,shoulder,upper back and face massage. Helps to revive you, giving you energy and therefore promoting sleep after your busy day is over so you can get yourself back into the swing of things and not waste a moment.
Office De-stress Package:
A gentle hand, wrist and arm massage. Helps mobilise the wrist and takes the aches and pains of the working day away. This is a wonderfully soothing massage, helping relieve the stress from mobile and computer use. Finishing with a deep moisturising heated hand wrap to soften the skin.
Dancing Feet Treat:
A foot, ankle and leg massage to help smooth the tensions away after a night out, a day shopping or even a long walk round London. Followed by a heated foot wrap to put the softness back into your skin and the spring back into your step.
Seated Chair massage:
The client, fully dressed, sits facing forward in a ergonomically designed massage chair. As the client relaxes and rests their chin and forehead on a thickly padded platform designed for the purpose, the therapist uses their hands and fingers to apply pressure to the acupressure points on the client's head, neck, shoulders, upper arms and spine. The sequence of movements (called a kata) takes about twenty minutes from start to finish, and leaves the client feeling relaxed, refreshed and energised.
