In the heart of East Grinstead, YOGA AKASHA is a dedicated yoga centre offering you the opportunity to explore and practise yoga in all its diverse aspects, through daily classes, courses, and weekend workshops.

At YOGA AKASHA there is a class for everyone!
YOGA AKASHA is a gorgeous space with yoga classes for all levels, from complete beginner to experienced yogis Classes are on a 'drop in' basis so no need to book. We have mats you can use, or if you prefer please do use your own if you have one. We also offer a range of therapies, and childrens karate classes - please see our website for details.
YOGA AKASHA offers a yoga studio in Sussex of around 850 square feet with regular yoga classes, workshops and is available to hire to yoga teachers
YOGA AKASHA strives to create a tranquil space where you can journey towards that elusive feeling of wellbeing and your quiet space within.
The studio is open fifteen minutes before each scheduled timetabled class. As the studio is not open between classes please contact us by telephone or email. In the event of extreme weather please call to check if classes are running

About us
YOGA AKASHA teachers come together from a range of yoga traditions to provide the space, expertise, and inspiration to support you in forming a solid foundation from which to grow and embrace your study of yoga. Each teacher brings their own personality to a range of classes for the beginner through to the more advanced practitioner.
