Homeopathy Homeopathy is a holistic form of energy medicine which can be used by all. It is easy to use alongside conventional medicines without fear of interaction. It is particularly useful in the treatment of expectant mums, babies, children and the elderly as it is very gentle.- Homeopathy may be useful in the treatment of people suffering from these conditions:
Skin problems, digestive disorders, anxiety and depression, insomnia
- Allergies, hayfever, asthma, arthritis and joint pain
- Common colds, flu, fevers, childhood illnesses
- Ailments in pregnancy or menopause, post-natal depression, infertility
- Colic and teething, childhood sleep and behavioural problems
ReflexologyReflexology is a wonderfully relaxing treatment to receive. I believe that stress plays a big part in disease and illness and that treatments such as reflexology may help to rebalance people suffering from the effects of stress as they may induce deep relaxation and increase our vitality. Giving time for the client to reflect and unwind provides space for our sense of well-being to flourish..Would you like to learn more about Homeopathy?Wendy will be periodically running a "grassroots course", teaching the basics of homeopathy in association with the Lakeland College (see website for details of times and costings). This beginners course must be completed in order to study the full course at Lakeland. It is also a fun way to learn how to use homeopathy effectively for yourself and your family with the use of a remedy kit at home.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
MARH - I am a registered homeopath with the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths, trained at the Lakeland College of Homeopathy between 2005-2008. MAR - I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists - I qualified in 2000.
COSTS:
Reflexology £25 per 50 min treatment.
Homeopathy: Initial consultation £50, follow ups £35 (children are £40 then £30)
