Holistic and innovative in his approach, Urvesh Lakhani brings a new dimension to the world of complimentary therapies. When facing redundancy, Urvesh used his initiative as a user of holistic and complimentary therapies for the last 15 years to start up his own business – ‘I decided to use my experience within the IT industry to improve the services offered to the client and therapists within the Complimentary Health and Holistic services industry’.

At the heart of Vitalise.me is the understanding that illness is a subjective experience, and individuals will respond differently to therapies. By using the advantages of technology, Vitalise.me facilitates you becoming an active member in your own treatment plan, shaping it to your own specific needs and working to maintain your Vitality goals.
There are a wide range of therapies and treatments on offer. One to one bodywork includes sports massage, osteopathy and physiotherapy. Nutritional advice, reiki and personal training are available through our range of one to one healing sessions. Or, if you would like to take part in group therapies, we offer yoga, tai chi and many more.
Vitalise.me provides access to all the latest information and advances in complimentary medicine, blogging facilities, the chance to meet others and share experiences, SMS reminders to attend sessions, and a team of experienced therapists as well as healthcare and beauty products.

With a focus on community, Urvesh is keen to work with charities offering services to them on a non-profit making basis. Vitalise.me held a fundraising event this month, providing free massages in Sainsbury’s stores in aid of Comic Relief.

Vitalise.me was delighted to exhibit at the 10th VITALITY show this year where we presented a flavour of some of our services, these included, the Shiatsu Chair massage, Indian Head and 15 minute briefings on Yoga, Nutrition and Stress Management. To ensure our clients were sufficiently relaxed there was an opportunity to enjoy the soothing melodies of solo Harpist Harriet Adie whilst delivering the talks and therapies. Based on the success of this years exhibition we will definitely be in attendance next year!
