I have been working in the field of Yoga and Personal Development for over 25 years, travelling extensively to work and train with inspirational and innovative teachers who are leading lights in their spheres. My aim is to assist people to experience their own still centre – to create inner peace, harmony, well-being and a sense of wholeness. I use the practice of Yoga combined with Chi Kung, sound work and personal advice on lifestyle and nutrition to create an integrated and rounded approach in my work. This gentle process creates space and a sense of freedom for the individual.
The spirit centre has been expanding steadily over the last five years, situated in tranquil and calm surroundings it is the ideal place to unwind and de-stress.
Courses on Yoga and Lifestyle run regularly, as well as day and weekend workshops. Beginners are welcome. The aim is to provide information that enhances lifestyle, to stretch individuals fully and completely and most of all to have FUN.
Throughout her professional career she has constantly striven to train and work with the most innovative and outstanding teachers throughout the world. Her aim is to bring joy, fun and laughter back into the classroom and to assist in creating for children a lifelong relationship with skills and strategies that will enhance their health and wellbeing for life.

She brings her expansive knowledge of the holistic approach into the classroom focusing particularly on emotional literacy and how the use of yoga, ‘breath-work’, relaxation, visualisation, peer massage and meditation can assist in creating the right emotional environment for learning.
