With a passion for personal development, Su has been inspired to travel extensively gaining her Yoga, Coaching and NLP qualifications. This led her to and work and train with world-renowned inspirational and innovative teachers. Su very much walks her talk as she shares her learning with others through all aspects of yoga, meditation and the ancient practice of the fountain of youth: The 5 Tibetan Rites.
Having been a successful business woman she has been honoured in She magazine for their ‘Woman of The Year’ awards, as a role model to other women. Su's not only believes in miracles, she believes we all have the ability to create them! Her zest for life is infectious.
Su has been unwavering in her dream to inspire, spark, and bring healing to as many people as possible. This has been channeled through her yoga teaching, and more recently through the creation of Love DanSing, an inspirational combination of music and free movement.
Su's work is focused around addressing the fact that so many people are living in the ‘fast lane’ and are growing increasingly unable to slow down and relax. This in turn takes the body from ease to disease. There is now so much evidence that stress is the precursor to many health problems. It is imperative in this day and age to find down-time to restore, regenerate, and refresh our bodies. In this space we become far more creative, productive, and stay true to ourselves.
