It may be that you require Osteopathic treatment initially, followed by remedial or sports massage; or you may want help with weight loss and stress reduction, in which case we might suggest relaxation massage and lifestyle support. Whatever your needs, we will design a bespoke treatment plan especially for you, and make regular evaluations to ensure that you are happy with the results.

Osteopathy: For those with aches, pains, strains, injuries and back problems, joint discomfort, headaches, postural tension etc.
Sports Therapy: For those with sports specific needs of manual therapy, rehabilitation and help with training and flexibility.
Sports Specific Massage: For those who want a much deeper, more focused massage. Generally associated with sport or sports injuries - such as pre and post event.
Pregnancy Massage: For Mums-to-be who need the care and attention of a professional. Treatments will be performed in an appropriate and comfortable position for the safety of mother and baby.
Deep Tissue Massage: For those who prefer simply prefer a deeper massage, 30,60 or 90 minutes available
Luxury Relaxation Massage: The most decadent treatment we offer - perfect for those wanting to switch off and unwind. 60 or 90 minutes available. Includes scalp and foot massage in 90 minute session.
Combined Hot Stone Massage: An exceptional treatment which warms, softens and relaxes the muscles of the body.

Dustie Houchin our practice principal, is an MBA and Registered Osteopath (BSc Hons Osteopathy) Sports Therapist (Diploma IIST) and masseuse, with over 25 years experience in health and wellness. Her main focus is to provide each patient with the exact treatment required, to create long term health and comfort.
