About Us
We met as teenagers in France, trained as teachers in Miami, and opened our studio in London when we realised there was nowhere else to practice Power Yoga.
We have hunted high and low for the crème de la crème (come on, we are French!) to join us.
The result is the team you see here: a rather fabulous bunch.
Each of them has their own personal style. All of them are passionate about Power Yoga.
Many of the teachers at the Power Yoga Company also trained here, those who didn't have all the necessary qualifications and experience.
We're confident you'll love their classes as much as we do.
Power yoga
Put simply, Power Yoga is a series of postures designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility.
But Power Yoga is so much more than a just a physical workout - that's why it's so addictive.
At the Power Yoga Company we passionately believe that Power Yoga is for everyone. It doesn't matter how fit you are, how old you are or how flexible.
The yoga we teach is not about learning to put your feet behind your ears, it's about learning to love and look after the body you've been given. It's about knowing your limits and then daring to push them a little.
Power Yoga will help you achieve the body beautiful but it's also about developing beautiful minds. It's about taking a pause from the hurly-burly of modern life and becoming a calmer, healthier, happier person.
Ok. So there is a catch. Our classes are challenging, but then we think that the best things in life always are.
With regular practice you will make rapid progress and we're certain that you will soon begin to feel the benefits, physically and mentally.
