We all get a little stressed at times or feel we need something to improve our feeling of wellbeing. Why not let me help you by trying one of the therapies I offer. I have helped many people from different walks of life improve their general wellbeing. Whether you'd like to have regular treatments or just a treat occasionally I'd love to see you.
Welcome to my website. I'm Liz, a holistic therapist working in West Cumbria. I specialize in the acclaimed Raynor Massage therapy but also offer:

- Swedish massage
- Hot stone massage
I can also do pamper parties.

Shining Waters Holistic Therapies is run by Liz.
Liz has worked in the health service for many years as both a nurse and midwife. She has long had an interest in holistic therapies. She has trained both in the UK and overseas. Liz specializes in the acclaimed Raynor Massage Therapy but also offers aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage and hot stone massage. She is a member of the International Natural Therapists Association.
Liz provides treatments from a dedicated facility in Thornhill near Egremont and also mobile treatments across the West Cumbria area. Qualifications
