How can Aromatherapy help You?
Aromatherapy can be used to help a variety of physical and emotional conditions including stress, anxiety, muscular aches and pains, depression, constipation, fatigue, insomnia, and skin disorders.
After your consultation I carefully select a unique blend of essential oils to meet your physical and emotional needs. Depending on the nature of your visit several treatments may be recommended with each visit having a different blend of essential oils.
I studied Aromatherapy at the Seed Institute in Surrey accredited by the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA). I have also trained in Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone & Crystal Massage and Angel Therapy.
What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the controlled use of Essential oils by different methods to enhance physical and psychological wellbeing.
It uses pure essences from plants which have a therapeutic effect in preventing problems, treating common ailments and working alongside medical treatment in the healing process.
Essential oils are highly fragrant, volatile and are extracted from flowers, leaves, twigs, bark, roots and fruits of many common plants.
