Life likes you! You don't agree?
Well, things don't always go as planned. Sometimes horrible things happen and you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Sometimes life can seem unfair. Sometimes the harder you try, the less you succeed.
It's not what happens to you in life, it's the way you respond to it that matters.
Is it your boss, your husband, your wife, your neighbour, your friend, your mother, your father? Nobody can bring you down without your permission.
Usually the worst enemy is yourself. Take sometime to sit down and reflect for a minute what you say to yourself all day. Do any of these sentences seem familiar to you?

About me
My name is Ursula Friede and I am a Reiki Practitioner. I have been studying Reiki since 2008. Prior to this I was studying alternative therapies and methods (e.g. EFT, ZPoint) in Germany and UK since 2005.
But Reiki is one of the best things that I have ever learnt. None of the methods I learnt before brought results in such a short amount of time. Nevertheless other methods are still important and valuable and the approach is to find out together with the client, what methods work the best for the client's specific needs. There is not one perfect concept for all. Everyone is different and for everyone there is a different solution out there.
I provide a relaxed and calm environment to make the client feel as comfortable as possible.
