Welcome to Physical Health Personal Training

We are a fully mobile, Edinburgh based, private personal training service. We provide a quality service in the comfort of your own home or office at a time that suits you.

We carryout a Fitness Assessment and Body Analysis on you to tailor a specific exercise programme depending on your current condition. We aim to maximise and promote your physical, psychological and social well-being as much as possible.

Physical Health Personal Training offers a holistic lifestyle training method including personal fitness training, injury recovery and nutrition – everything is designed to help YOU achieve your personal goals.

Whether your goals are to lose weight, change your body shape, improve your strength, recover from injury, keep healthy pre or post pregnancy, cope with life’s stressors or just generally feel more energised and alive, physical health will work with YOU along the way.

As part of a package, we offer you a free initial consultation with Sabrina, who will work with you to assess your priorities and create your specific, individualised exercise programme. Regular monitoring and evaluation of your progress will also be included in your pack of sessions, which will help to keep sessions enjoyable, fun and motivating.


About Sabrina

Sabrina graduated with BA (Hons) Physical Education and Sports at the University of Greenwich.

She is a fully qualified Personal Trainer with a Level 3 YMCA Qualification in Health & Fitness, and has ten years experience in exercise prescription and sports conditioning training within the Health and Fitness Industry.

With an enormous passion for physical activity, health and well-being, the experience gained throughout her career as a trainer is now put towards ensuring that exercise invigorates not only the physical aspect, but also the mind, body and soul.

With worldwide recognised qualifications, Sabrina is now working towards a National Standard level in Teaching and Coaching Sports Conditioning as part of the Pos-Graduate Masters in Strength & Conditioning at the University of Edinburgh this year.

The enthusiasm and motivation for health and exercise is fully evident in Sabrina’s style of teaching, and the balanced spirit of sharing, encouraging and coaching is always present.

Sabrina’s years of experience as a personal trainer has presented her with a wide range of clients, ranging from amateur sports people, obese clients and juniors. However, her expertise lies in helping clients to recover from acute injuries and maintain good body conditioning.

Her belief with exercise is to ensure life-long health, fitness and general well-being through prescribing the most appropriate exercise programme that satisfies individual needs, and takes into consideration the individuals likes and dislikes. Clients past experiences are also considered in order to ensure the achievement of a healthier and fitter lifestyle.
