I am originally from a background in Human Resources and Training & Development and I am fully CIPD qualified.
I then went on to conduct further studies in hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy.
It was the combination of both careers that led to my interest in life coaching. I am always looking at new techniques that complement my existing skills and am currently studying EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or tapping, and also Reiki.

Life Coaching is about goal setting and action plans. It involves using specially designed tools and exercises to help assess your life, address problems and put in place detailed plans to remove unwanted barriers and facilitate change.
Its aim is to enable a client to take control of their life, motivate them to achieve their goals and bring about positive forward movement in their life.
