ABOUT US
Originally I started work in maternity healthcare providing holistic therapy to expectant and postnatal mothers but went onto work for the past four years in spas and clinics throughout Berkshire and west London. I received my diploma from ITEC, west London school of massage and am fully insured by Beauty guild, also fully trained with St John’s Ambulance.
As a busy mum, entrepreneur and therapist I know and understand the demands and needs of a busy woman, therefore my treatments are tailor made to suit the individual expectations. Whether you are a tired mum, business woman, sports enthusiast I guarantee you will find that perfect treatment.
All my products free from alcohol, animal ingredients, animal testing, phthalates, SLS, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes, phtalates and petrochemicals all of which you don’t want or need on your skin. By providing a range that uses only the purest of ingredients I am able to cater for even the most sensitive of skin.

Traditional Swedish Massage
This popular treatment offers you a choice of a revitalising, stimulating, soothing and relaxing massage using traditional techniques to suit your needs. 60 min - £40
Volcanic Heat Therapy
Deep penetrating heated stones are manipulated and placed over the body to impart warmth and energy resulting in unique healing and energising benefits. The hot stones are volcanic basalt and used specifically for their smoothness and their ability to retain heat. You will lie on hot basalt stones placed along the spine to warm and ease the muscles of the back. Long movements are used to warm and massage the muscles and then deeper, more penetrating movements work into deeper layers of tension using different shapes and contoured stones. 60 min - £50
Muscle Melt Therapy
This amazing treatment is similar and a slightly deeper version of Swedish massage but is used to target knots and release chronic muscle tension, using a warming blend of oils and butters to relax and soothe the muscles. This blend of oils re-energises tired muscles after a strenuous day or over exertion. 60 min - £45
Aroma Bliss Therapy
A deeply therapeutic treatment combines long smooth strokes and gentle kneading to create a feeling of physical relaxation and calm, whilst strengthening the body’s vital energy so you emerge with renewed spirit and cleared mind, truly a perfect way to end the day. Using organic essential oils will help you find your ideal state of mind and body. FACIAL THERAPIES
Rose Serenity Facial
This luxurious facial harnesses the regenerative properties of Rose to nourish, soften and hydrate all skin types, especially dry, delicate and finely textured complexions. A calming aromatic inhalation helps you let go of the day’s stresses, turning your focus inward as your treatment begins. A scalp massage releases muscular tension and prepares you for your facial. Your skin is thoroughly cleansed, ex foliated and toned using our Rose preparations, rich in pure regenerating Damask Rose, skin balancing Geranium, and nourishing Jojoba oil. A traditional aromatherapy pressure point massage combined with lymphatic drainage releases facial tension and congestion. Then while a hydrating facial mask goes to work, your arms and hands are massaged and your skin is finally treated with a deeply moisturising facial oil and moisturiser. 60 mm - £40
Cleanse & Renewal Facial
This completes, deep cleansing, purifying treatment suitable for oily and congested skin combines traditional steam and ex foliating techniques with re-balancing lymphatic drainage massage. A detoxifying and aromatic mask is used to soothe, calm and re-balance the skin encouraging a visibly clear complexion. 60 mm - £40
Zesty Hot Facial
This awakening treatment begins with steamed towels applied to the face neck and décolletage followed by a deep cleanse using organic comfrey and grapefruit to boost circulation. The orange blossom water and lemon toner revitalizes and detoxifies skin improving radiance and elasticity.
Heated volcanic basalt stones are applied and massaged on the face, diminishing puffiness of the eyes and tension lines and clear sinus congestion. A brightening ginger and grapefruit face mask is applied leaving the skin soft and glowing. 60 mm - £40
