Vinyasa Flow Yoga in Hanham, Bristol
MAATA YOGA BLOG
Welcome to Maata Yoga
I teach vinyasa style yoga, which means there is no holding poses for long time and poses are changing with the rhythm of breath. My classes are strong but gentle and therefore suitable for people with different abilities. There is a lot of breath work (pranayama), meditation and relaxation.
I also work with people of low income or in need of support.
I run mixed level classes, pregnancy classes and meditation through movement classes.
Why
Yoga is great for your body and mind. It increases your flexibility, strengthens the muscles, supports weak joints and spine. Helps with fatigue and back pain. Come to a class to experience tough bodywork combined with blissful relaxation.
Mums-to-be are most welcome!
When
Mixed level class every Tuesday at 7.30pm
Pregnancy yoga class every Thursday at 7.30pm
