Lyn's qualifications cover many therapeutic areas; she has extensive training in Deep tissue, Triggerpoint therapy, Structural and remedial massage, Intergreated Myofacial Release, seated Acupressure massage and ART reflexology. She is also a Reiki Master practitioner.

STRUCTURAL BODYWORK - individual treatment including Deep tissue, Mobility, triggerpoint therapy and stretching techniques to release and mobilise tension and stress in the body.
MYOFACIAL RELEASE - addressing tensions in the body's tissues at the deepest level to release and re-organise its physical and emotional holding patterns.
CLNICAL REFLEXOLOGY - working with the reflex areas on the feet that correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. This produces a very powerful response and releases the body's inherent healing potential.
Lyn also treats at training weeks and overseas yoga/fitness holidays as well as accompanying a number of sporting clubs as a resident consultant when they undertake summer training camps. She also assists bodywork teachers from the USA and elsewhere when they come to London to hold workshops.
She is also a fully qualified personal trainer and really does believe in a whole body approach.
