Lumé Retreat is a private health and beauty clinic based at Pillaton Hall Farm in Penkridge, Staffordshire.
The retreat offers a range of health and beauty treatments and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Our main focus is the health and wellbeing of our clients, therefore we aim to provide high quality treatments using natural and organic products where possible.

Whether you need to relieve your stress and anxiety, or you have a specific health problem, these therapies can be tailored to suite your requirements. It is also important to remember that even when we are fit and healthy complementary therapies can be used to maintain our health and prevent the potential development of illness.
There is free car parking available directly outside the retreat. The retreat accepts all major debit and credit cards and cash as payment.

"I was originally prompted to try holistic therapies myself after a period of ill health. The positive results were surprising and led me to begin my training. I originally trained in reiki and reflexology a number of years ago. I specialise in holistic therapies and more specifically the treatment of back pain and disorders such as fibromyalgia based on my own personal experiences."

Microdermabrasion is simply deep exfoliation of dead skin cells combined with extraction of blackheads. This process can be used to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation, acne scarring, clear pores, increase circulation to the skin and reduce oil production.
