  • Aromatherapy
    Aromatherapy massage uses essential oils derived from plants to affect your mood and alleviate pain.

  • Ayurvedic Massage
    Ayurvedic is a unique therapeutic massage that works with the principles of India’s ancient healing system to bring balance to your body and mind.

  • Craniosacral
    The human body has a natural capacity for self-healing. Craniosacral therapy assists and promote this self-healing in a very gentle yet powerful way. Its so gentle that its suitable for people of all ages including babies.

  • Deep Tissue Massage
    Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore a shoulders.

  • Esalen Massage
    Esalen® Bodywork is a full body massage with oil. The name comes from a community/retreat centre, Esalen Institute, founded in the 60′s, on a cliff top in Big Sur, California. It is a place dedicated to exploration of human potential.

  • Facial Revitalisation Acupuncture
    FRA is a natural, chemical-free treatment to reduce the signs of the ageing process on the face. It involves insertions of very fine needles into the facial skin and can be combined with acupressure massage or with “electro-acupuncture” (needles are connected to a machine which passes a very low electric current to stimulate the facial muscles).

  • Indian Head Massage
    Indian Head Massage is based on the ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage
    MLD increases circulation to skin, MLD is a very gentle form of massage that uses pulsing circular movements on the skin to assist the body in clearing out these unwanted wastes and debris. It is highly relaxing, literally pumping new life in and your body’s metabolic wastes out.and assists with weight loss, cellulite , anti aging, detoxification – as well as post surgery, injury and recovery.

  • Metamorphic Technique
    As the name suggests the Metamorphic Technique (MT) is about change and transformation. With simple approach to self healing and personal development it enables us to move from feelings of limitation towards accessing more of our potential. (MT) acts as a catalyst to your life-force gently enabling you to transform.

  • Pregnancy Massage
    Receiving a massage during the pregnancy is a very nurturing experience for both the mother-to-be and the baby.

  • Reflexology
    Reflexology involves a method of treatment using massage to stimulate reflex areas found in the feet and the hands. In the feet, there are reflex areas corresponding to all the parts of the body and these areas are arranged in such a way as to form a map of the body in the feet with the right foot corresponding to the right side of the body and the left foot corresponding to the left side of the body.

  • Reiki
    Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy, an energy, which is all around us.

  • Shiatsu
    Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing, non-invasive therapeutic practice (massage). It is given on a traditional Japanese futon, which can support individuals in moving towards greater health and well-being. It is a physical therapy, in which the whole body is used to re-balance the body and its energy (Qi), resulting in relaxation and promoting the body’s own powers of recuperation, regeneration and healing.

  • Sports Massage
    Sports massage was designed for athletes, but is useful for anyone with chronic pain, injury or range-of-motion issues.

  • Swedish Massage
    Swedish massage is the most commonly offered and best-known type of massage. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension.

  • Thai Yoga Massage
    Thai Yoga Massage is over 3,000 years old. It is a form of Healing that cleans up and repairs the body’s energy lines (Sen lines).

  • Tuina
    Tuina (Chinese deep tissue massage) is a hands-on body treatment that uses Chinese taoist and martial art principles to bring the body to balance. The therapist may brush, knead, roll/press and rub the areas between each of the joints (known as the eight gates) to open the body’s defensive (wei) chi and get the energy moving in both the meridians and the muscles.
