Aromatherapy oils used for massaging are fabulous for healing both body and mind and can assist greatly with reducing mental stress too.
This is all offered as a very personal service in the privacy of your own home as Helen will travel to you.
Helen offers different types of massage. These are;
FULL BODY MASSAGE
This massage takes a full hour and is excellent for lymphatic drainage which in turn benefits the immune system greatly. This massage is very detoxifying as well as supremely relaxing with gentle background music and aromatherapy oils. Lots of long sweeping movements to the limbs feature in this treatment.The oils applied to the skin are nourishing and moisturising will make you feel fabulous afterwards. The last half of this massage incorporates a full back massage.The cost is £40.
BACK ,NECK AND SHOULDER MASSAGE
This is a 30 minute massage and gives relief of pain, tightness and general discomfort in these areas. Its possible to treat problems caused through occupation or injury or hobbies such as sports.The cost is £30.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE.
A treatment carried out seated-great for relieving headaches and upper body tension, a deeply relaxing treatment which includes face and scalp hands and arms. £25 for a 30 to 40 minute treatment with or without oil.
THAI FOOT MASSAGE.
This will leave you walking on air....working on reflex points in the feet. Reduces stiffness and increases flexibility. Includes a hand and arm massage too. £25. Can be followed by nail shape and polish for £10 extra.
FACIAL MASSAGE
This will leave you feeling very relaxed and your skin rejuvinated. Includes hand massage. Aromatherapy products included to cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize your skin leaving you glowing. £25. If combined with a back massage total price £40. This is a 90 minute treatment.
Now also offering PEDICURES with complimentary Finger Nail shape and polish. Large range of colours and embellishments too.
This includes use of a foot spa and leg massage as well as application of polish. This takes approximately one hour and a half and costs £25.
BESPOKE MASSAGES
If the above massages are not quite what you are looking for then that is not a problem. You may be experiencing a particular problem with a limb or joint and would like the massage to concentrate on one or two particular problem areas. The massage can be tailor made to suit you as i am qualified in both Swedish and Remedial/ Deep Tissue Massage Massage.
