Created by Steve Richards, as a result of 40 years of research, HK is a powerful process utilising ancient Aboriginal knowledge and has been shown to assist in the healing of a wide range of issues by enabling the participant to become aware of, and clear, the root cause of the problem.
Problems that we experience in life today often have their roots in the past. This is because when we have experienced a difficult situation in the past we have often suppressed the negative thoughts and emotions from that event within our bodies. These trapped energies are then carried with us through time, affecting our perception of reality, creating disharmony in the body, and causing us to continually attract similar negative situations into our lives.
Like everything else existing in nature, thoughts and emotions are alive and are seeking their own growth and survival. Once they are trapped within the body they crystalize and then attract to themselves the same type of situations as the initial experience where they became entrapped, so that they can grow and survive within their own dimension of time.
By going back in time and accessing the dimension where the negative energies were first trapped, the participant is able to release them, so that they no longer have an effect on their life today. This leaves the person with greater understanding and acceptance, and freedom to create new and more positive experiences.

How does it work?
During a HK session your spirit will reveal the age you were when the roots of your problem first began. You will then be guided back to that time, so you can become aware of what happened, gain insight into why it happened, and release the trapped energy from this experience. This brings the issue back into balance, so that it no longer has an effect on your life today.

In many cases problems that affect you today can be found to have originated with your parents or ancestors whose thoughts, emotions and word patterns may have crystalized or created life forms which have then been passed down through the genetic line to become part of your holographic cell structure.
