Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a well-respected and popular form of natural medicine that is in use worldwide. The remedies are 100% natural, non-toxic and chemical free. Homeopathy focuses on you as an individual and recognises your uniqueness. It takes into consideration how your symptoms present physically, mentally and emotionally. Homeopathy can provide immediate relief, aiming to trigger the body's natural system of healing.
Homeopathy has been in use for over 2,500 years. How we currently practise is thanks to Dr Samuel Hahnemann.
Dr Hahnemann was a German physician who earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1779. At the time of his graduation, scientific advances were beginning to be seen in the fields of chemistry, physics, physiology and anatomy. However, Dr Hahnemann was shocked with the harsh medical practises of the day (which included blood-letting, purging and the use of poisons such as arsenic), and he looked for a way to reduce the damaging side-effects associated with medical treatments.
EAV
Electro Acupuncture according to Doctor Voll (EAV) is also know as Bio Energetic Stress Testing (BEST).This a non-invasive health screening technique, capable of accessing bio energetic data via the acupuncture meridians of your body.
In the late 1940s, Dr Reinholt Voll MD began an investigation into the effects of electricity on the human physiology. Dr Voll found that specific locations on the anatomy are more conductive to electrical flow and these points generally correspond to the Eastern Medical Acupuncture points.
This research led to the development of a technique that can use an impedance or ohmeter to test the acupuncture points.
The acupuncture meridians are a communication and energetic flow network. The electrical flow gives an indication of the energetic health status of the meridian being tested.
The modern BEST equipment is a development of this research.
Once the data have been collected, Ginny can determine which meridians need support and can recommend remedies to bring the meridian back to a balanced state.
About Ginny
Ginny Day is a well-respected and fully qualified homeopath. She is also a trained EAV (Bio Energetic Stress Testing) practitioner.
Prior to having children, Ginny worked in London as a recruitment and advertising advisor. During this time she travelled extensively representing the company she worked for and eventually specialised in overseas recruitment.
Ginny decided to change career after having children. She qualified as a Montessori teacher, eventually owning three Montessori Nursery Schools across Kent.
Ginny came to homeopathy when her youngest son became ill. Conventional doctors eventually admitted they could not help him. Ginny decided to seek out alternative treatments and found Homeopathy. It made an immediate impact on her and she decided to return to college and train to become a Homeopath. She now has over 15 years of clinical experience and her kind and effective expertise is much sought-after.
Ginny has continued to develop her skills in energetic medicine and decided to train in EAV, (Bio Energetic Stress Testing). This is a non-invasive screening technique that she combines with considered homeopathic prescribing.
