HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
Welcome to Fusion Therapies; a massage and myofascial release clinic based in Bath, Somerset.

Whether you feel stressed and tired after work, have over done it at the gym or work long hours at a desk, we have a treatment that can help relieve your pain and promote relaxation.

Poor posture, manual work, stress or prolonged sitting can lead to shortened 'tight' muscles, headaches, neck and back pain. Massage is excellent for relieving chronic muscle tension, decreasing stress and helping to boost energy levels leading to an increased sense of well-being.

Don't continue suffering from knotted shoulders and nagging aches, have a deep tissue or sports massage from an experienced therapist specialising in treating muscular injuries, pain and dysfunction using a range of advanced soft tissue techniques, massage and myofascial release.

Call today to discuss how the different treatments can relieve your symptoms, aid recovery from injuries and help you enjoy life again.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage is our most popular treatment. It focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue helping to release chronic patterns of tension in the body. The therapist uses slow strokes and deep pressure across or along the fibres of muscles, tendons and fascia.

This is the perfect treatment for clients that want to be massaged not moisturised! The treatment targets specific problem areas to help break down scar tissue. If you have not had a deep tissue massage before and would prefer to start with a lighter pressure, just ask - everyone is different and every massage is tailored to your individual preferences and needs.

SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage is based on Swedish massage and uses a range of different techniques to help prevent and treat sports injuries. These include effleurage, kneading, deep tissue work and stretching. Sports massage can be done before a sports event to stimulate circulation and reduce the risk of injury or after an event or training session to help relieve muscle soreness.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Many women experience aches and pains during pregnancy as their posture and hormones change. This full body massage is ideal for helping ease your tired and painful muscles. It is also a great post-natal treatment for much needed pampering and allows you some time to yourself to unwind.

The massage is performed in a supported side-lying position to maximize comfort and is suitable from 3 months of pregnancy onwards. The massage therapist works as a clinical specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist in the NHS and is experienced in treating women during pregnancy.
