I was tutored at the very respected ESSEX INSTITUTE OF CLINICAL HYPNOSIS in Southend-On-Sea, and this is where I base my consultations and therapy. It is my profession to assist people like yourself to make the change, and ultimately, find a happiness and contentment that has eluded them.
Anyone who has heard of hypnotherapy may have an opinion, and everyone's idea of what it is and how it works will differ. There are many myths regarding hypnosis because of articles written in the press, TV, or maybe you, or someone you know has been to a stage show where participants are made to think they are Elvis. I can promise you, clinical hypnotherapy is nothing like that.
