As part of your membership, you will have a screening with one of our physiotherapists, after which we will draw up a bespoke exercise programme for you. The screening is very in depth and provides the foundation stone for the exercise programme we will tailor for you. It will give us an understanding of your current physical health and highlight any areas of weakness or injury that we need to take into account. We are confident that once you have had the screening you will have a deeper understanding of the benefits of exercising with esph. We offer you the following guarantee:
Quite simply, if you are not completely satisfied with the service following the screening and the initial induction or the first Pilates class for Pilates members, then just tell us and we will refund your money in full. No quibbling and no catches. All you have to do is tell us before leaving the building after your induction or first Pilates class.

Elizabeth Sharp established the business in 1979 and we now have two sites in Harley Street, W1 and East Dulwich, SE22. We are a family-run business - Max Sharp and Alexei Sharp are the other directors - with a committment to attaining the highest standards of care and treatment for all our patients.
