Welcome to Energywise therapy
Incorporating elements of Bodywork, Reiki and body reading, intuitive energy work, deep relaxation, subconscious reprogramming and nutrition.
EnergyWise healing is guided by the body of the client. By trusting my perception of a body’s subtle energies and allowing my hands to be guided by the rhythms and sensations that I pick up the client receives exactly what is right for them.

How do I work?
I provide individually tailored sessions combining therapies or, a standard treatment from my therapies list. I work to provide a balance of treatment and education that covers the whole person, mind, body and emotions; helping and empowering the individual in a manner that suits their personal needs.
I have regularly used all of the techniques I am qualified in on my own journey, I know first hand that these techniques lead to a more fulfilling life, a happier mind set and a healthier body, I live this everyday in my own life and watch my many clients transform their lives with relative ease.
SUBCONSCIOUS REPROGRAMMING & ATTACHMENT RELEASE
From birth our subconscious is bombarded with information from our environment, our parents and families and all that we come into contact with. Positive or negative, this information develops into patterns of behaviour that continue to affect us throughout life unless corrected.
Subconscious reprogramming clears out the negative patterns, whilst installing positive life enhancing ones, allowing us to attain our goals and enrich our lives whilst teaching us simple useable tools that provide us with the ability to effectively enhance every area of our lives.
NUTRITION ANALYSIS
Many physical, mental and emotional conditions can be related to an underlying imbalance in a person’s diet. Headaches, depression, insomnia, lack of concentration and low energy levels can all be linked to an imbalance in the vitamins and minerals we are ingesting. By analysing your diet and suggesting straight forward, easy to implement alterations I will guide you to a better understanding of your needs and a recognition of how what you eat really is who you are.
EFT- Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is effective in the treatment of all emotional issues, It is quick, painless, easy to use and quite often works where all else has failed.
REIKI

Reiki, a Japanese word meaning Healing, or spiritually guided life force, is a form of natural healing. This non-invasive healing technique which channels healing energy (chi, qi or prana) through the practitioner to the recipient, either through the energy body or through the laying-on-of-hands, guides its self according to the needs of the recipient to bring the mind, body and emotions back into balance and harmony, ensuring the maintenance of health and wellbeing.

Emotrance™
Feelings and emotions can become a problem if they get stuck in our systems, if the block isn’t effectively released it begins to manifest into physical symptoms and eventually illness.
Emotrance™ uncovers and removes these blocks. Once the block is discovered it can be released and balance and flow can be restored, causing far-reaching positive change in your emotions, behaviours and attitudes.

"At the age of 28 I had been diagnosed with breast cancer, after which followed intensive treatment.
