Welcome to Energize Fitness 4 Women

All our classes are delivered by women, for women. Our special ‘women only workouts’ are designed to be fun, enjoyable, effective, locally accessible and most importantly, are set in a non-intimidating environment.



Weight Loss Programme

The Cambridge Weight Plan is the basis of a flexible range of weight management programmes aimed at both men and women.

Cambridge Weight Plan products can be used as the sole source of nutrition for fast, predictable weight loss with nutritional assurance; with conventional food for more gradual weight loss or weight maintenance and nutritional supplementation.

Our programmes range from 415kcal to 1500+kcal per day; and are all nutritionally balanced to provide you with your Recommended Daily Allowance of vitamins and minerals.

Energize is proud to launch, as part of our new programme restructuring, a brand new workout on Mondays at 6.30pm at Bishop Gore Comprehensive School, Sketty

STARTING Monday 10th MAY 2010 for 12 weeks then restarts September.

This new comprehensive wokout will be replacing our current Monday classes (Retro Aerobics & Tone the Zone at Sketty Baptist Church - last sessions held 26th April)

If you have limited time to exercise, a bootcamp workout is one of the most efficient programs around. It allows you to get aerobic and strength training in a single workout. You can expect to burn off up to 700 calories per hour during a single bootcamp exercise session. This is more calories than you'll burn with most other types of exercise! Fitness boot camp therefore offers one of the best workouts for weight loss using proven techniques of resistance and cardiovascular training, as well as specific weight training exercises. Building lean muscle is essential to boosting the body's metabolism.

This special women’s boot camp workout leads you through a variety of strength and cardio exercises while burning up to 700 calories, promoting inch loss, shape and definition! The workout swiftly takes you from one timed exercise station to the next to keep your heart rate up. Aimed at working the total body, the workout uses elements of all our classes, including ab blast, body sculpting all rolled into one effective workout targeted specifically for women. A bootcamp exercise routine is challenging, but never boring.

This special women only boot camp workout leads you through a variety of strength and cardio exercises while burning lots of calories promoting inch loss, shape and definition!

The workout swiftly takes you from one timed exercise station to the next in a circuit style to keep your heart rate up. Aimed at working the total body, the workout uses elements of aerobics, cardio-kick, combat, boxercise, ab blast, body sculpting and circuits all combined into one effective workout targeted specifically for women.

The Bootcamp Workout 4 Women can be done by all ages & fitness levels, from beginners to intermediate.
