Chiropractic is a straight forward method of adjusting the bones of the body to improve the alignment of the skeleton, the process helps the nervous system to work more efficiently. The purpose of Chiropractic care is to realign and re-balance the body to relieve pain and discomfort and increase mobility.
A misalignment of the joints can occur for many reasons in humans or animals. Some of the most common causes in humans are: incorrect lifting, falls, stress, car or sporting accidents and poor posture.
The following conditions can benefit from chiropractic care:

Pain,discomfort and stiffness in joints
Migraine
Muscular aches
Sports injuries
Arthritic pain
The McTimoney Method
The McTimoney method of chiropractic was developed by the late John McTimoney over fifty years ago and it is well known for being a precise, whole body approach.
This extremely fast and dexterous method of adjusting the spine and joints of the skeleton is also gentle. The effective nature of the McTimoney method makes it suitable for people of all ages.
