Welcome to Clear Your Mind

My name is Alison Mulley and I am a qualified practitioner in Theta DNA Healing, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I am registered with the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) the UKCP and my practice is based in Caterham, Surrey.

I am experienced in working with clients both face to face and over the telephone. Following an initial face to face meeting, follow up telephone appointments can be arranged.

As a therapist trained in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, I have seen first hand how effective talking therapies can be. Most talking therapies require weeks of working with a practitioner before the client experiences any significant change.

I have recently come across Theta DNA Healing and have been so impressed by the quick results that I have now completed both my Basic and Advanced training to enabling me to work with clients.



About Hypnotherapy

The National Council for Hypnotherapy or (NCH) as its better known, is regarded as the premier professional body in the practice and teaching of Hypnotherapy.

We have all heard about Hypnosis but what is the therapeutic side to Hypnosis all about?

A Hypnotic ‘state’ is as simple as when you’re reading a book or watching a film; it could make you sad or happy; that point when you have cut out all external stimuli and have lost yourself. That’s your subconscious taking over; so is driving two extra junctions on the motorway because you were ‘miles away’.

Achieving this state in a controlled environment under Hypnosis allows for you to focus away from your present reality and toward your thoughts, images, feelings and motivations. Hypnotherapy is the key that enables the vast power of the mind to bring about positive and beneficial changes.

About Theta Healing

Theta Healing is a form of energy therapy developed over the past 10 years by the Psychic Healer and Naturopath, Vianna Stibal, which allows you to eradicate all the negative, limiting beliefs that are holding you back, quickly and permanently. About Psychotherapy and Counselling

Behaviour therapists focus on bringing about changed behaviour. They believe that a change will come about if behaviour is changed. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is well established an effective treatment for conditions such as depression and anxiety. CBT refers to a group of therapies that aim to reduce dysfunctional emotions and alter thought patterns and behaviour. Sessions are usually weekly for six weeks and it is common for clients to be given “homework” to complete before the next session. This therapy looks at how thoughts affect feelings. For example, if you fear going to the dentist, this may lead you to feel of anxious and produce a feeling of panic which in turn may cause the heart to beat more quickly, your mouth to dry and even light headedness.

A counsellor would talk through these emotions and demonstrate that these negative thoughts and beliefs can be altered to reduce or remove the panic and fear.

Counselling is a talking therapy in which the therapist listens to the client in order to allow them a “safe” space where they can express their feelings on the issues that are bothering them. This is often the therapy of choice for the medical profession for treating depression.
